Now it has sunk to the lowest that you can think of, beheading a person who was just there to report the news, the killer it seems is British, we have to find out who he is, if not he just might creep back into the UK, I do not want to think that this man might just be free in this country, if he thinks that beheading a person is acceptable God help us, this is murder no less, for this he should loose his liberty for the rest of his time on earth to be spent in solitary confinement this treatment will not send him mad because he already is!!!, I think that if we can find him he should be sent to the USA and let him receive the justice that he deserves, I say that because we are hindered by the human rights idiots who seem to believe that the perpetrator of the crime comes before anything else, we can't have this happening by British people in the world today, if these young people want to live in this way and use unacceptable behaviour they should be told if they try to return to the UK they will be refused entry and be told that they have had their British nationality revoked and are not welcome here, they have lost any human rights that they might have had but by their actions have chosen not to live by our laws so are not entitled to anything that this country offers!!!.

NHS
I see that it has started, Kettering Hospital having major problems and will now have to be sorted out by Monitor!, then we have Hinchingbrook Hospital now under private control, £4 million in the red over the last operating quarter, that is in addition to the £40 million in old debt, they are to make 40 nurses redundant, they say that they will bring the hospital out of debt over their contract period, so in reality health care has to take a secondary place over the operating needs to reduce costs to service the debt, if you are reducing 40 nursing staff this has to have a detrimental effect on patient care in the future, it seems to me that how ever hard the staff try to give excellent service the financial constraints have to have a detrimental effect on patient care, is this how the government is looking for the NHS to move into the private sector?, because if they are they will have to charge for treatment whatever they say, the investor in the company requires cash payouts on their investment whatever the cost might be to patients.

Carb Counting
I have just started a course on carb counting, have to say very informative and very time consuming, having to work out how many carbs in 100grams what my portion is multiplied divided by 100, simple if you have a calculator, but what if you are out, what about a sandwich, weigh the bread, what about the butter, the content?, it is I think very hit or miss, still I have two weeks left, that is a day a week every Friday, so just may be it will come to me in a flash, but at my age I think not, the final week is a walk to the park, I am making arrangements for the ambulance to collect me in advance.
